Because each Catrina Bones doll is a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted art piece, all sales are final.
Why We Do Not Accept Returns
Our dolls are not mass-produced retail items. Each piece is individually designed, styled, and assembled by hand using layered textiles, hand-painted detailing, delicate accessories, and artistic materials that are intentionally arranged for presentation and display.
The following factors make returns impractical and potentially damaging:
1. One-of-a-Kind Construction
No two dolls are identical. Once purchased, that exact artistic configuration cannot be recreated or resold as “new” after handling.
2. Delicate Materials
These collectible art figures include lace, mesh, florals, hand-applied embellishments, beadwork, feathers, and specialty fabrics. Even careful handling during return shipping can alter or damage the piece.
3. Artistic Integrity
Each doll is photographed and sold as a finished art composition. Any return compromises its presentation quality and collector value.
4. Limited Availability
Most pieces are released in single quantities. Once sold, that design is retired. Allowing returns disrupts the limited-edition structure of the collection.
5. Hygiene & Handling Considerations
Due to the detailed fabric work and hand-applied elements, we cannot verify the environmental conditions or handling once a doll leaves our studio.

We stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our work.
If your doll arrives damaged due to shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and item. Verified shipping damage claims will be handled promptly.
We encourage all customers to review product photos carefully and contact us with any questions before purchasing. We are happy to provide additional images or details to ensure confidence before checkout.
